About Us
Amy Caplan founded Caplan Art Designs in 1998 and has been growing ever since. She has an Art and Design background with 6 years experience as a Gallery Director and over 15 years experience framing art.
She currently represents over twenty local Portland artists. Many of these artists are showcased in the Pearl at Countrywide Home Loans, Street Car Loft Windows, Daily Café in the Pearl, and Physical Element. Other locations include the Daily cafe at the tram (south waterfront) and the Daily Cafe at Montgomery Park.
