My art is about impressions of nature—the awesome skies, iridescent waters. Lava flows, the birth of islands at sea, the “perfect clashing” of nature’s colors.

“My experience as an interior designer and textile designer led me to techniques that are comfortable and exciting. The use of dyes, inks, pigments, fluid acrylics, and encaustic leads me constantly in new directions. The chemistry of the techniques fascinates me just as nature does.
